Not much of an X-mas card™ - edition 2021

Hi,

I look back at the year behind us and wonder how it rolled under my feet.

How all these minutes slipped between my fingers and it’s time for wishes again.

I wish you completeness. And the strength to bring everything you’ve started to an end.

I wish you satisfaction. From what is done, from what’s been started, even from what is to come.

I wish you resilience. And mindfulness of the knowledge that you have friends who won’t let you fall if you stumble.

I wish you things most darling to you. May they be timely and fitting even when they’re fleeting.

I wish you simplicity – in the decisions that lie ahead of you; on the paths you will take; in the obstacles you will encounter.

I wish you conversations, meetings and even farewells after which to look to the future with a clarity, and the future itself to be brighter, albeit far away.

I wish you less forgotten promises. Mostly of those you made to yourself. And regardless of their weight, I wish you to not break under it.

I wish you ease.

And above all, I wish you gentleness. Give yourself the same care that you’d give to those closest to you.
